Service Description
Book this 1 Hour Consultation for Initiation of Peptide therapy with Modernized Wellness.
We offer a free pre-screening consult over the phone or via telemedicine to determine if peptide therapy would benefit you. Please contact our office for this free complementary Pre-screening prior to booking this consultation.
This consultation is with a board certified practitioner properly trained in peptide therapy. Visit will include a physical examination, medical history, lab review and discussion on peptides and protocols.
Once started on Peptide therapy, there will be follow up visit (Follow up fee applies) every 4month.
This visit will include review of baseline labs (Labs should be completed prior to consultation)
We will provide in office demonstration of therapy administration and videos on how to administer at home.
Cancelation Policy
Life happens sometimes so if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, we require that you let us know at least 48 hours' in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation / rescheduling fees. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis.
