Introductory Price $200 1st Month (This includes consultation fee, meal plans and exercise plan)
There after $100 per month
Please note this price does not include the cost of drug, supplements, supplies and shipping. This price does include new patient lab or follow up labs.
For the majority of medications, costs range from $50-$500 each, per month. Some medications can be used in combination.
Some services and products are HSA/FSA eligible, check with your carrier.
Cancelation Policy
Life happens sometimes so if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, we require that you let us know at least 48 hours' in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation / rescheduling fees. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis.
