Ejiro Ojameruaye, AGACNP-BC
I am a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
With over 12 years of health care experience, I am skilled and competent in providing integrative and holistic health services.
I grew up and spent most of my life here in North Phoenix, Arizona. I graduated from Arizona State University with my Bachelors degree in 2009.
I decided to expand my knowledge and obtained my Masters degree in Adult- Gerontology Acute Care. I have special interest in Adults, Geriatric, Men's health, Hormone replacement therapy for men and women, Intravenous vitamin therapy, anti aging treatments and medically supervised weight loss/management.
Some of my passions include Wellness and Health, cooking, reading, traveling and hosting event. Family is my biggest passion. I have two young beautiful children whom already know the importance of health and wellness. For fun we love going shopping at local farmers market, cooking, going to amusement parks, traveling and enjoying nature.

Rigo Bernal, RN-BSN
My name is Rigoberto (Rigo) Bernal. I was born and raised in Long Beach, California. I moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2004 to attend college. I received a Civil Engineer and Land Surveying degree in 2006. In 2009, tragedy hit and I lost my beautiful mother to leukemia. I knew I wanted to help others, and I changed my career path. I received my Bachelor of Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2015. I have worked the Observation Unit, Infusion/Chemotherapy Unit, and I am currently in ICU. Along with nursing, my wife and children are my passion. I’m blessed to do what I love and take pride in caring for everyone in my care.
